The small print for Premium UK IPTV

The purchase explained, the refund rule set down, and a note on the little personal data the service needs, all without the fog.

What you buy with Premium UK IPTV

Premium UK IPTV sells access to live television channels and a film and series library that plays on demand, all delivered over your internet connection. Four lengths are on offer, from three months to twenty-four. Each is paid for once and never renews, and each carries the identical lineup, so the one thing that separates them is how long they last.

Prices are the total you pay at checkout — no extra fees. Once the order is in, the login follows by email, normally within about a quarter of an hour.

Lineups and titles shift over time, and each broadcaster decides what it shows. How good the picture looks varies with the title, the set and the line, so any quality figure here describes what the service is built to carry, not a promise for every programme.

The trial runs for 24 hours, involves no credit card and is limited to one trial per customer or device. It stops by itself; nothing renews and there is nothing to pay.

When Premium UK IPTV gives refunds

Should anything stop the service from working, email support@premium-uk-iptv.xyz first and support will go through the problem with you. When support is unable to get the service running for you, you may request your money back in full by email, provided the request reaches us within 7 days of the day you bought.

A change of heart once the service is running earns no refund. This section is the complete refund policy.

Your data and Premium UK IPTV, under UK GDPR

The checkout provider takes care of payment. We keep the messages you send to support in order to reply to them.

Should you wish to complain about how your data has been treated, complaints go to the Information Commissioner's Office, or ICO, the UK's regulator for this.
