Fire TV Stick: putting Premium UK IPTV in the living room

Amazon's stick is the commonest route to a big screen in British living rooms. Here the app goes on by sideloading, which just means installing it from outside the store, with a free utility named Downloader doing the carrying.
- Start on the home screen and use search to find Downloader. Install it, then launch it once.
- Under Settings you will find My Fire TV, and inside it the Developer options hold a switch that lets Downloader bring in apps from outside the store. Switch it on. Labels shift a little with the Fire OS version.
- In Downloader's address bar, enter the website address from which the IPTV Smarters Pro team distributes its Fire TV package, and wait while the file downloads.
- Accept the install prompt, then open the app. Downloader will offer to delete its leftover file; accept, since the stick's storage is modest.
- On the first screen choose the option that signs in with login details, and type in all three from the email.
- The channel list needs a short while to build. After that, enter the Live TV section and select a channel; the on-screen guide covers the current programme and the one after.
Keep to IPTV Smarters Pro on this stick. One app is plenty.
Samsung and LG sets: Premium UK IPTV through IBO Player
IBO Player
Samsung and LG televisions both use IBO Player, and the television's own store supplies it. Rather than rely on a typed password, the app knows the set by two codes shown on screen, so you attach your login to the television from a web page.
- Make sure the set is online, then browse its store. Samsung calls it Apps; LG calls it the LG Content Store.
- Look for IBO Player, install it and launch it.
- On the first screen you will see the set's MAC address plus a device key. Jot both down, or take a quick photo with your phone.
- Pick up a phone or laptop and open IBO Player's own activation page. There, submit the pair of codes along with the three login details from your email.
- Close IBO Player on the television and launch it again. The channel list fills in.
With IBO Player, typing the login into the television by itself is not enough. The activation page is what ties your subscription to this particular set.
Google TV and Android TV: Premium UK IPTV with TiviMate
TiviMate
TiviMate suits Google TV and Android TV, the systems inside many televisions and compact streaming boxes. Google Play delivers it, so there is no sideloading.
- On the television, go to Google Play, look up TiviMate and install it.
- Launch TiviMate and pick the option to add a playlist.
- Choose the sign-in method that accepts the three login details.
- Type them in exactly as the email gives them.
- Allow the channels and the guide to load, then star a few favourites to form your own running order.

- Back on the Apple TV, quit the app, reopen it and let the channel list build.

- Visit the App Store and install IPTV Smarters Pro.
- Launch it and agree to the prompts that appear.
- Choose the sign-in that uses login details, then enter all three from the email.
- Open the Live TV section, select a channel and rotate the device for a bigger picture.
Wi-Fi is kinder than mobile data. A long evening of live sport can drain an allowance quickly.

MAG box: Premium UK IPTV by portal, with no app
No app, only the portal URL and MAC
No app is involved with a MAG box. It is pointed at a portal address, and that portal picks the box out by the MAC number stamped on its label.
- Copy the portal URL from the login email into a note, or simply keep the email open.
- Look underneath the box for the sticker; its MAC number takes the form 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx. Support will ask for it if anything refuses to load, so keep it to hand.
- From the box's menu, reach the settings and then the server options, where the portal entry sits.
- Type the portal URL into that entry and save the change.
- Restart the box and let it reconnect. The portal opens on its own.
